Outlive Your Life

I have long been a fan of books by Max Lucado, and this one surely did not disappoint. From the cover of the book, I loved this quote: “These are difficult days in our world’s history. 1.75 billion people are desperately poor, natural disasters are gouging entire nations, and economic uncertainty still reigns across the globe. But you and I have been given an opportunity to make a big difference. What if we did? What if we rocked the world with hope?”

Indeed, this book speaks to how ordinary people are used to truly make a difference. It can be a life-changing book to read. I also love how it comes with a study guide with discussion questions, which makes it good for a group discussion. It makes one stop and pause to think about what can be done in your small corner of the world to make a difference.
